Scholarship Assistance / Payment Plan Request

The Saint Croix Catholic Faith Formation program exists to assist parents in raising and educating their children in our Catholic Faith.

To facilitate the religious education of all children we offer scholarship assistance to families unable to pay the full tuition. We request that in exchange for the scholarship assistance, families perform volunteer service hours.  We ask for 10 hours for your first student and 5 for each additional student, up to 20 hours.  We ask that these hours are completed by April 30, 2012. Hours can begin being logged as of July 1 for the 2011-2012 program year.  Volunteer service hour opportunities will be posted on the web site and included with future mailings.

Parents volunteering to teach faith formation classes are automatically eligible to receive a tuition discount equal to the cost of one student’s tuition ($150).  Please make note of your intention to make use of this discount on the Assistance Form.

Note: Families who are able to pay the full tuition amount but need to spread out the payments due to financial constraints may request a payment schedule of up to 9 months running from August through the following April. Invoices will not be sent monthly, so please make payments as noted. We ask that you make note of intended payment schedule on the Assistance Form.

Please prayerfully consider your request.  Our budget is tight!  Our goal is to provide all families with a quality faith formation experience, allow for necessary financial assistance, and deliver successful programs.

Questions regarding the scholarship program or payment arrangements should be directed to Eileen Douglass at edouglass@stccs.com.
