Evening Program
Grades K-8
Classes will be held in the evening from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. an average of three Wednesdays per month. They will be held at St. Croix Catholic School.
Drop Off Procedure: Parents with students in grades K – 4 are to bring their children to their classroom. Grades 5 – 8 can be dropped off at the door. Only the doors by the gym and social hall will be used for drop off (Note: Third street entrance is locked).
Pick Up Procedure: Seventh and eighth grade classes dismiss first and can exit only through the Third Street doors. These doors are locked and you can not enter, but the children will be able to exit. Younger children in class may be picked up by an older sibling (grade 7 or 8), if a note is received by the catechist of the younger student. We will dismiss K-6 classes and bring them down to Miller Hall – the cafeteria in the school, where parents will meet their children for pick-up.
Calling in Absences: If your child will be absent from Faith Formation class, the number to call is 651-351-3175. Any one of our staff can take the information from you. If your call is not answered, please leave the information regarding your student on ext. 345 or ext. 249. We request calls be received by 3:30 p.m. the day of class for the Wednesday programs. After 3:30 staff is involved in direct class preparation. This combined with the off-site location of our offices make it difficult to retrieve the later calls and get them to the necessary destination.
Evening sessions are listed on our calendar as Evening Program K-8. Do not drop-off students prior to 6:15 p.m. and pick-up no later than 8:00 p.m.
